Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • After processing, your order is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

  • This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.

  • Busy seasons, customs checks, weather issues, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these estimated shipping windows.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

  • Tracking information may take 3–7 business days to update as the package moves through international hubs.

Delivery Delays

Because we clearly communicate our extended delivery window:

  • Shipping delays are not a valid reason for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

  • SereneDrainage is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or factors outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Please check with neighbors, your local post office, the carrier, or building management first.

  • SereneDrainage is not responsible for packages that go missing after the carrier marks them as delivered.

  • If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, please contact us at SereneDrainage@gmail.com so we can help investigate.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • SereneDrainage is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Customs & Import Fees

  • Some countries may charge customs duties, VAT, or import fees.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by SereneDrainage.
